Become a forensic paramedic in Essex
Working within a Custody Suite is a challenging and rewarding environment.
Working as a custody paramedic means youll never get bored by routine. Youll meet people going through the most stressful times of their life and give them help.
You will need to attend a 2 week induction. The first week being an online course Monday-Friday and the second week, Monday - Friday shadow shifts. This is all paid at the normal rate. Vetting will need to be applied for which is taking a minimum 8 weeks to return.
You will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, identifying areas of concern, implementing effective treatments or referrals, keeping accurate records, ensuring the health and wellbeing of the detained individual while in custody.
We are looking for Paramedics with an interest in forensics who are available on a regular basis or for adhoc shifts working around their current commitments.
Day, night and weekend shifts
Must have 2 years post qualification experience
HCPC Paramedic
Once fully compliant including vetting you will have access to online rota manager
